Abstract

This article aims to synthesize a New Paradigm in Educational Administration to enable educational institutions to effectively adapt in the era of digital dynamics. The rapid technological changes in this era have revealed the limitations of the traditional paradigm, which emphasizes centralization, rigid structures, and mechanistic administration, rendering it incapable of responding to current complexities and challenges. The synthesis yields new knowledge in the form of the R-E-A-T Model, a new paradigm that serves as                        a practical conceptual framework for administrators, comprising four key attributes. The value of this model lies in offering a clear pathway for transforming educational organizations from machines into living ecosystems capable of continuous learning and self-development. It includes practical recommendations, such as decentralizing authority to institutions and creating innovation sandboxes, to ensure educational institutions can survive and thrive sustainably in the era of digital dynamics.
