Application of the principles of His Majesty King Rama IX's work in solving problems educational management a case study of Phrapariyattidhamma school in Rayong province

Abstract

This article presents the application of His Majesty King Rama IX’s work principles to solve the problems of education management in Buddhist schools in Rayong Province. The objectives are to study how to apply His Majesty King Rama IX’s work principles to solve problems in education management, analyze the impact of applying His Majesty King Rama IX’s work principles in Buddhist schools, and propose guidelines for developing and improving the education management system in schools. The results of the study show that His Majesty’s work principles, such as self-reliance, sufficiency, collaboration, and community participation, can help solve various problems of Buddhist schools, such as resource shortage, lack of participation, and development of teaching and learning. This article will help drive the development of the quality of education in Buddhist schools in Rayong Province and serve as a guideline for the development of Buddhist education in Thailand to be consistent with His Majesty’s work principles, which will lead to the development of people, society, and the development of the country for sustainable progress.
