Abstract

The purpose of this article was the human resource management in educational institutions according to Iddhipada IV in the digital era. It is the use of human resources to accomplish tasks according to the objectives of the organization through the organization's creative initiative activities. Executives must have leadership in changing and strategizing knowledge management in the organization, developing knowledge and innovation all the time. There are elements of academics, leadership, innovation, and technology which are 1) development of future skills, 2) development of digital technology, 3) creation of an agile organization, and the application of Iddhipada IV in the management of educational institutions: 1) love for work, is to have a passion, be satisfied to do it and do it with love, 2) perseverance, is perseverance, do it with hard effort, perseverance until it is accomplished, 3) paying attention to work is to take the mind to perceive what you are doing, 4) working with wisdom by planning, measurement, devise solutions, and improving to manage and implement the work more effectively.
