Morals and ethics are like a compass that guides executives in making decisions and performing their jobs correctly and appropriately. Important qualities of leaders who lead by example, such as honesty, fairness, and kindness, will help build confidence in all sectors both parents, teachers and students. This leads to cooperation in the development of educational institutions.
