Abstract

The purpose of this article was the morals and ethics of school administrators in the era of global change. that changes quickly and is complex. Educational institution administrators play an important role in creating education that meets the needs of society. Executives who are full of morality and ethics will be a leader in creating a learning environment that is conducive to developing students to their fullest potential. Morals and ethics are like a compass that guides executives in making decisions and performing their jobs correctly and appropriately. Important qualities of leaders who lead by example, such as honesty, fairness, and kindness, will help build confidence in all sectors both parents, teachers and students. This leads to cooperation in the development of educational institutions. In addition, administrators with morality are an inspiration for personnel and students to follow promote a positive organizational culture and creating innovations to improve education. When executives adhere to morality and ethics, it will result in change for the better both to the administrators themselves, educational institutions, and society as a whole. Morality and ethics are not only the basis of good leadership, but it is also an important factor in developing the potential of students. Ethical administrators encourage students to take responsibility for themselves have a conscience in doing good and grow up to be good citizens of society.
