Abstract

The purpose of this article was the role of leaders in creating an atmosphere that fosters empathy, belonging, and commitment among students, teachers, and educational staff. Caring leaders listen attentively, understand how others feel, and show genuine concern, which leads to positive outcomes such as developing emotional intelligence, creative problem-solving, and building a culture of continuous learning. Some concrete practices for leaders to build such a culture include being a role model, building healthy relationships, promoting open communication, and prioritizing the physical and mental well-being of everyone in the organization. Caring leaders are the foundation for creating a warm and happy school that is conducive to sustainable learning and growth for all.
