Abstract

The purpose of this article was to propose the digital leadership of modern school administrators because digital leadership of school administrators is very important. It is a driving force in applying digital technology in educational institutions to develop the quality of learning for students, create educational innovations, and respond to the needs of a rapidly changing society. The digital leadership of modern school administrators consists of vision, effective communication, promotion of learning, and knowledge and understanding of technology. It helps create flexible learning. Students can learn anywhere, anytime, through a variety of devices. Educational personnel can work more efficiently using modern tools and systems. It creates an atmosphere for administrators and teachers to jointly create new innovations, improve the quality of education, and effectively respond to the needs of students in the digital age. This enables educational institutions to adapt and grow sustainably in the digital age.
