The Creative Leader of School Administrator to Saraniyadhamma in 21st Century

Abstract

The purpose of this article was to educate about the Creative Leader in the 21st century who can motivate or lead others in a visionary way, stimulate and encourage experimentation within the organization to enable personnel in the organization to think outside the box, dare to think, dare to make decisions, be creative, and find new approaches to management and communication within the organization. It can adapt and work processes in the organization, have the ability to adapt and work processes in the organization to be easy, more flexible and flexible to different situations by using Saraniyadhamma 6: 1) to be amiable in deed, 2) to be amiable in word, 3) to be amiable in thought, 4) to share any lawful gains with virtuous fellows, 5) to keep without blemish the rules of conduct along with one’s fellows, and  6) to be endowed with right views along with one’s fellows. school administrators should be a creative leader and has a characteristic to understand Buddhism to adapt and integrate for sustainability.
