Abstract

The purpose of this article was to propose guidelines for educational institution management in the 21st century, which must face new challenges caused by changes in technology and society. Educational quality assurance is one of the important strategies to respond to these challenges. This article will consider the relationship between educational institution management and educational quality assurance. The study focuses on improving the management process and creating an effective quality assurance system that is appropriate for the context of the 21st century. The current educational institution management must use technology in management to make operations efficient, including enhancing the ability to respond to the needs of students and the community. In addition, educational quality assurance must be continuously developed and improved to be consistent with the specified standards and guidelines. It also emphasizes the importance of evaluation and internal auditing of educational organizations by using data and recommendations systematically to develop the quality of education sustainably and respond to the needs of learners appropriately. The study shows that educational institution management and educational quality assurance must be effectively integrated to drive education to higher standards in the present era.
