Abstract

Introduction: This study developed the SU.ED FITNESS system, a web-based fitness management platform designed to manage member information, activity schedules, news, and access to the fitness facilities at Silpakorn University. The study aimed to (1) develop a web-based fitness management system and (2) evaluate user satisfaction with the system.
Methodology: The system was developed using Golang for the server, React for the user interface, and PostgreSQL as the database, with Docker employed for environment management. System usability was evaluated by 5 fitness staff members using Nielsen's 10 Usability Heuristics on a 5-point rating scale.
Results: The results demonstrated that the system resolved the limitations of traditional manual processes, reduced staff workload, enhanced user convenience, and supported data-driven analysis. User satisfaction was at the highest level, with mean scores ranging from 4.80 to 5.00, reflecting effective usability and design aligned with digital-era needs.
