Legalization of Drugs Case Study Cannabis.

Abstract

       This research aims to study the legalization of cannabis and to compare the legalization of cannabis crime policy. This is documentary research that analyzes policies on legalization of crime in countries in the cases of consumption, possession, distribution and comparison of cannabis policies in countries with cannabis legalization policies. The results of the study found that the Drug Act process is a system created in society to redefine what it means to be a drug and abolish the crime of cannabis in Thailand in all cases, which is in the same direction as the international level the key processes for the legalization of crime differ in the level of legislation that regulates new norms for cannabis in each country. However, to legalization, it is necessary to have laws governing the entire industrial system from import, export, production (Cultivation), production (Extraction), personal possession, consumption and distribution in order to be in the direction of health and rights. and freedom of equal and equal access to cannabis for all citizens.
