Abstract

The objectives of this research are to Study of Music Instruction for Early Childhood Based on Suzuki’s Approach Of Aum Aree Music School. The research is Qualitative research strategy. The Findings were 1) Music Instruction for Early Childhood Based on Suzuki’s Approach Philosophy is applied to the teaching of music. Suzuki's method of teaching is not just teaching music but is a teaching to improve children's learning skills in many areas by creating development, character traits, and personality of children through activities that use music as teaching and learning media. In addition, Suzuki’s Approach is very important to the environment because a good environment helps children to develop various aspects better. 2) Study process Teaching / Guidelines for organizing activities Suzuki’s Approach Music skills are integrated with teaching activities, including singing, playing, dancing, listening, reading, and creativity. As well as cultivate personality traits Good personality of children through activities. 3) Measurement and evaluation is not a measure that a child plays music or is good at playing music but measured by behavior that changed from activities by observing and recording the results from parents and teachers. When children are able to practice, teachers will allow children to repeat until it is a habit. And will increase the dimension of study.
