Creating Lanna Folk Virtual Musical Instruments with the HISE Program

Abstract

The objective of this study was to record the sounds of Lanna folk instruments. By using cognitive skills and various experiences in music of the investigator to create the virtual Lanna folk instruments with the HISE program.

         According to the study's findings, this program was capable of gathering strong competitive data for proposals. Simulated sound that the most original musical instruments can imitate the same sound, namely Lanna folk musical instruments of the string type, such as the Salo Luang, Lanna folk musical instruments of the strum type, such as the Sueng Klang and Phin Pia, and Lanna folk musical instruments of the wind type, such as the Klui Muang, which are produced in the form of virtual musical instruments.

          Real musicians' recordings can be substituted with virtual musical instruments. Enhancing the comfort of the recording procedure. This minimized the money needed to hire musicians, decreased the risk associated with the musician's skill level and the sound of the instruments, allowed for creative experimentation with sound mixing, and allowed for unrestricted sound reproduction or editing.
