The Effect of The Recorder Practice Exercises to Develop Recorder Practice Skills of Primary 3 Level Student Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration School (Elementary level)

Abstract

This research is quasi-experimental as One Group Pretest Post-test Design. The objectives are (1) To compare the results of using the recorder flute practice model on musical instrument practice skills. Before and after using the recorder flute practice (2) Study of students' satisfaction with the recorder flute playing exercises. The sample group used in the research were students of primary 3 students at Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration School (Elementary Level) of 45 students, using a cluster random sampling method. The tools used in the research include: Recorder flute practice, Learning plan on recorder flute, Recorder flute playing skill assessment form and a satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics. The results of this research indicated that: (1)The result of the assessment of the practical skills of the flute recorder managed to learn by using the flute recorder practice after the lesson was higher than before the statistical significance at the .05 level. (2) Students were at the highest level of satisfaction with the recorder flute playing exercises.
