Popular music: the way to efficiently improve subject group of popular music at College of Music Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University

Abstract

Popular music course of College of Music Bansomdej Chaopraya Rajabhat University has been designed in academic year 2017- present with unlimited ideas of music to fulfill student’s career experience in music career based on international standards by a music personnel, Phakphoom Tiavongsuvan, instructor of College of Music Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University who graduated master degree in Popular Music Performance from University of Southampton, UK. This popular music course has pursued several points of view such as academic thinking skills, music production, commercial music, contemporary music, public relations and advertising music work and improvement of music teaching skills. These factors are playing important roles for musicians in present day because the specific concentration area in music teaching could not possibly be maintained the objective of this course. Therefore, the aim of this popular music teaching is to get learners approach high quality of music careers and being flexible to live in every situation in the present and future.
