This research paper aims to study the death of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great (Rama IX) on October 13, 2016, which caused an emotional reaction to the great loss. ฺAt the same time encouraging the expression of the people's loyalty to the King Such a collective consciousness inspired artistic creativity. The general public expresses itself as “Amateurs” such a phenomenon is the blossoming of art under the faith of the people.
The results of the study found that created the song of the people were created in 3 forms: 1. a new song composed to express the mourning for the passing of King Rama IX 2. New music composed with the meaning of the reign of King Rama IX and 3. Reproduction of royal songs in a new context. The phenomenon of faith art leads to the view of continuity, transmission, and forwarding, which is an observation about the next step of the artwork in Thai society.
