A Study on the Effectiveness of the Khlui Lib Practical Exercises in Thai Music Learning of Primary 3 Students

This research aimed to study the effectiveness of Khlui Lib practical exercises in the Thai Music lessons for Primary 3 students, in accordance with the efficiency criteria of 85/85. The study also aimed to compare students’ learning achievement in Thai Music before and after using the Khlui Lib Practical Exercises. The sample group consisted off 50 Primary 3 students from the English Program at Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration School (Elementary Level) during the second semester of the academic year 2024. The research instrument included: (1) lesson plans for Khlui Lib Practical Exercises, (2) Khlui Lib Practical Exercise, and (3) a learning achievement test. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and dependent and independent t-tests.
The results showed that the Khlui Lib Practical Exercises in Thai Music learning of Primary 3 students exceeded the required efficiency of 98.71/94.85 , and the students’ learning achievement was significantly higher than their pre-test scores at .01 level.
