SUMHUA Concert: Planning and developing of the 2nd concert of the Thailand Higher Education Music Student Network

Abstract

Planning and developing the organization for the second  concert of the Thailand Higher Education Music Student Network (THEMSN) aims to operate concert management with a musical theatre concept to express a mischievous character. In accordance with the theoretical approach and the concept of the initial planning operation and the quality cycle principle (PDCA). Facilitators supervised the THEMSN committees by focused on helping to be active learners who naturally practice by doing.

          For the first fade, facilitators or lecturers provided material supervision, including workshops and brainstorming with in-class response systems, to motivate students to share and learn together. Furthermore, they supervised the students in designing their concert as professionally able to draw their concert concept, aims of practicing, and collaboration between different institutions. The result found that THEMSN committees understood professionalism and teamwork as principles of developing their 21^st century skills.
