Abstract

The present in Thailand, Music is widely distributed in higher education institutions. This can be observed from the opening of more regional music schools. Which makes the music evolve accordingly It also makes the community stronger. That is to say, the university is like a large learning center that can strengthen the community to create new knowledge. And can promote the creation of additional occupations for the people in the community according to the sufficiency economy philosophy as well Therefore, this article would like to present a guideline on dissemination of music knowledge to the community by providing music education as a tertiary institution. Faculty of Fine Arts, Songkhla Rajabhat University is another agency that has guidelines and the mission of being a university for local development Therefore, as the author is personnel affiliated with it. Have seen the importance and has the concept of creating a variety of music activities for local development by using music as the medium for the best benefits.
