Abstract

Competences are abilities that meet the needs of achievement in work  include that  Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes are comparable to Desired Characteristics with Learning Outcomes are behavior can be measured. Learning Outcomes of Music Education’s students are 1) Good attitude towards the music teacher profession 2)Good theoretical knowledge and Practical music skills 3) The abilities of Learning management and Integrating of  Music  learning management with Community. The Goal of Music education program in Rajabhat Universities have to achieve is The creation of music education practitioners for local development. It is consistent with the important learning outcomes that students can do activities in music education for sustainable local development  in which students are the leaders of community change. Students can apply knowledges and skills that are used to integrate with participation in the development of local communities in various ways as follows 1) Compilation of body of knowledge with music education approaches in local community  2) Musical activities with local community and Integration of music education and other education sciences 3) Local music-related curriculum making, supplement subjects, or content in subject containing local music integration 4) Launch of learning society on music education in local community. To enable students can be in music education careers while preserving local sustainability.
