รูปแบบอารมณ์ขันและทักษะเครือข่าย การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ อิทธิพล และความแตกต่างตามผลการเรียนสะสม

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบอารมณ์ขันกับทักษะเครือข่ายของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี 2) ศึกษาความสามารถของรูปแบบอารมณ์ขันในการพยากรณ์ทักษะเครือข่าย และ 3) เปรียบเทียบทักษะเครือข่ายของนักศึกษาที่มีระดับผลการเรียนสะสมแตกต่างกัน การวิจัยใช้การสำรวจภาคตัดขวางเชิงปริมาณ ผู้เข้าร่วมเป็นนักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาการเจรจาและภาวะผู้นำของมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐแห่งหนึ่ง จากนักศึกษาทั้งหมด 226 คน มีผู้สมัครใจตอบแบบสอบถามสมบูรณ์จำนวน 185 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบวัดรูปแบบอารมณ์ขันและแบบวัดทักษะเครือข่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน การถดถอยพหุคูณ และ Welch’s ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อารมณ์ขันเพื่อเสริมสร้างตนเอง (r = .342, p < .001) และอารมณ์ขันที่ลดคุณค่าตนเอง (r = .271, p < .001) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับทักษะเครือข่าย   เมื่อควบคุมรูปแบบอารมณ์ขันอื่นในแบบจำลอง พบว่า อารมณ์ขันที่ลดคุณค่าตนเอง (β = .275, p < .001) และอารมณ์ขันเพื่อเสริมสร้างตนเอง (β = .244, p = .001) สามารถพยากรณ์ทักษะเครือข่ายในทิศทางบวก ขณะที่อารมณ์ขัน             เชิงก้าวร้าวสามารถพยากรณ์ในทิศทางลบ (β = −.234, p = .002) โดยแบบจำลองอธิบายความแปรปรวนของทักษะเครือข่ายได้ร้อยละ 19.0 (R2 = .190) นอกจากนี้ นักศึกษาที่มีระดับผลการเรียนสะสมแตกต่างกันมีทักษะด้านการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ (p = .006) และทักษะเครือข่ายโดยรวม (p = .026) แตกต่างกัน โดยกลุ่มที่มี GPA 2.00–2.99 มีคะแนนทั้งสองด้านสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่มี GPA ตั้งแต่ 3.26 ขึ้นไป สะท้อนว่ารูปแบบอารมณ์ขันแต่ละประเภทมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับทักษะเครือข่ายแตกต่างกัน และควรพิจารณารูปแบบอารมณ์ขันแต่ละด้านในการพัฒนาทักษะเครือข่ายของนักศึกษา
