Guidelines For Student Affairs Administration in the Banglamung School Group 3 Under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the current and desirable conditions of student administration in Banglamung 3 School Group under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3, and 2) propose guidelines for student administration in Banglamung 3 School Group under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3. Data were collected from a sample group consisting of 16 administrators and 159 teachers, totaling 175 people. The instrument used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire using dual responses. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, needs analysis using PNI modified, and guidelines for student administration using content analysis. The results of the study found that the current conditions of student administration were at a high level, with the most desirable conditions at a high level. and the guidelines for student affairs management of Banglamung School Group 3, under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 3, consist of 6 guidelines: 1) planning student affairs 2) student affairs management 3) promoting and developing students' discipline, morality, and ethics 4) operating a student assistance system 5) promoting democracy in schools 6) evaluating student affairs performance
