This research is a descriptive research. The objectives of the study are 1) to study the administration of educational institutions using the principles of good governance; Principles of teacher participation Ratchamontri School (Pleum-Chemnukun) Bang Khun Thian District Under Bangkok 2) To study guidelines for developing educational institution administration using the principles of good governance. Principles of teacher participation Ratchamontri School (Pleum-Chemnukun) Bang Khun Thian District Under Bangkok, the population used in the study is Teacher in Ratchamontri School (Pleum-Chaemnukun) totaling 62 people. Tools used in The research consisted of opinion questionnaires and structured interviews. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and Content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) administration of educational institutions using the principles of good governance Principles of teacher participation Ratchamontri School (Pleum-Chemnukun) Bang Khun Thian District Under Bangkok The overall average is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was Participation in benefit sharing, followed by participation in the decision-making process. and the lowest is participation in the evaluation. 2) Guidelines for managing educational institutions using the principles of good governance Regarding the principles of participation of teachers at Ratchamontri School (Pleum-Chemnukul), Bang Khun Thian District Under Bangkok All 3 experts with the same opinion proposed the development guidelines as follows. 1) Plan together with administrators to develop the school. 2) Participate in Organize a project to promote student health. 3) Create learning resources that can be used in teaching. in daily life 4) Participate in evaluating school projects for efficiencyReferences
