บทคัดย่อ

The objective of this research was to develop management guidelines of evaluation system of kindergarten teachers of Chengdu Fujin Kindergarten, China. The samples in this research project were divided into 2 groups; namely 1) 36 teachers and 2) 6 administrators The research instrument used in this study was rating scale questionnaire, including 30 questions for teachers and 30 questions for administrators. The collected data and information were analyzed, interpreted, and presented in the form of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research finding indicated that 1) problems of the evaluation method of teachers were at high level; 1.1) Our current teacher evaluation system is designed to encourage teachers to grow and develop better. 1.2) Teachers have a full voice and participation in the process of teacher evaluation. 1.3) Kindergartens pay attention to parental participation in the process of teacher evaluation. 1.4) Kindergarten teacher evaluation pays special attention to teachers' ethics. 1.5) The evaluation of kindergarten teachers pays special attention to their performance. 1.6) Kindergarten teacher evaluation pays special attention to the ability of teachers. 2) management guidelines of evaluation system of kindergarten teachers consisted of 3 parts; 2.1) The School Management 2.2) Evaluation System of Kindergarten Teachers 2.3) The Current Situations of Management Guidelines for Evaluation System of Kindergarten Teachers.
