Abstract

The purpose of this article was to study guidelines for implementing the OKRs system in internal quality assurance in educational institutions, focusing on setting goals that related to the vision of the educational institution, designing a systematic monitoring and evaluation process, and creating participation of personnel at all levels through document data analysis. Results found that the application of OKRs in internal quality assurance in educational institutions can help make goal setting and measurement clearer and more transparent. In addition, the use of OKRs can inspire and motivate personnel to develop educational quality sustainably. The recommendations from this study point to the importance of personnel training, the use of appropriate technology for monitoring results, and the continuous improvement of the quality assurance process to be known guidelines for internal quality assurance based on the OKRs approach  that can be applied in educational institutions to develop educational quality effectively and appropriately respond to changes in the current era. Internal quality assurance in educational institutions is an important process in developing the quality of education and raising the standard of teaching and learning to truly meet the needs of students and society. However, quality assurance in many educational institutions still faces problems in setting clear goals, effective monitoring, and personnel participation. The concept of OKRs (Objective and Key Results), which emphasizes setting clear goals and measuring tangible results, is therefore considered an effective approach in developing internal quality assurance in educational institutions.
