About the Journal

          The Journal of Innovative Educational Administration and Development is the official journal of the Educational Administration Program, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University.

Objectives of the Journal
          It serves as a platform for disseminating research, experiments, and studies by faculty members, academics, alumni, and current students, both within and outside the institution, in the academic fields of innovative educational administration, educational development, and related educational disciplines. It acts as a medium for academic communication between the Educational Administration and Higher Education Department, alumni, and the general public. It promotes and develops academic knowledge in educational administration and related educational disciplines through both academic articles and research articles.

Submission Guidelines
          The journal accepts articles from both internal and external authors. It is published three times a year:
          Issue 1: January – April
          Issue 2: May – August
          Issue 3: September – December
          There is no fee for publishing articles.***

Article Review Process
          Articles will be evaluated by three qualified reviewers per article. Only articles accepted for publication will be considered. Articles must undergo a double-blinded peer review process by three qualified reviewers. Each article must pass at least two of the three reviewers' recommendations. After initial review, authors must revise the article according to the reviewers' suggestions and pass the editorial board's review of the revisions before being accepted for publication.

Copyright Information
          The copyright for all articles appearing in the Journal of Innovative Educational Administration and Development belongs to the authors and the Department of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. All articles have undergone academic peer review. The text, tables, and illustrations in the articles represent the authors' views, not the opinions of the editorial board or the journal. While no copyright restrictions apply to their use in academic research, attribution to the source is required, and the submission must be within the scope of copyright law.
