Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF (.pdf) or standard document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The content adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

1. Cover letter

Authors should confirm that the work is original and has not been published elsewhere nor is it currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Please explain in your own words the significance and novelty of the work, the problem that is being addressed, and why the manuscript belongs in this journal. 2. Title page

The title page is the first page of the manuscript (1 page) and should be submitted in a separate Word (.docx) document from the manuscript. This page should include all the information of the contents of the article, author(s), origin of the article, and the article type. Please download the “Template of Title Page” for more details.

3. Manuscript

Manuscript head should contain only Title without author details. Manuscript must not exceed 18 typed pages. Abstract should be no longer than 250 words. The manuscript format is 12 point Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing (except Table is 1.0 line space), one inch margins on the top, bottom, and both sides of the page, and must include page numbers. 4. Revision items (Once the manuscript has been assigned)

Response to revision request. Once the manuscript has been assigned as revision, the authors must answer the reviewers’ comment point by point using the “Response to reviewer Form” and should be submitted in a separate document from the revised manuscript. The manuscript must be revised by using “Tracking Change’ as a tool in Microsoft Word (.docx) only. Please download “Response to Reviewer Form” for more details.

Process of Submission

  1. Prepare manuscript following the IMED Journal format.
  2. Submit your manuscript on Thaijo2.0 System.
  3. Wait for confirmation e-mail. If the format is incorrect, manuscript will be returned to author.
  4. After receiving your article, plagiarism, quality of manuscript and English language will be roughly check and peer review will be proceeded on.

Editorial review and processing

Peer Review. All submitted manuscripts are screened by the Scientific Editor for importance, substance, appropriateness for the journal, general scientific quality and amount of new information provided. Those failing to meet the current standards are rejected without further review. Those meetings these initial standards are sent to at least two expert referees for peer review. No referee identity is disclosed to the corresponding author and no author identity is disclosed to any referee (double-blind). Referee comments are reviewed by an Associate Editor, often after allowing the author to make changes in response to any comments from referees. The Associate Editor then advises the Scientific Editor to either accept or reject the manuscript. The Scientific Editor informs the corresponding author of the final decision. The review process ordinarily is completed within 2-4 months. If the process is delayed beyond that point, the corresponding author will be notified.

Rejected manuscripts. Rejected manuscripts including original illustrations and photographs will be returned to authors.

Accepted manuscripts. The corresponding author will be asked to review a copy-edited page proof. The corresponding author (on behalf of all authors) is responsible for all statements appearing in the galley proofs. The corresponding author will be informed of the estimated date of publication.

Academic Article

  • Scope: Welcomes academic essays, critical commentaries, and conceptual viewpoints that offer insightful perspectives, experiences, or interpretations of contemporary issues in management innovation and educational development. This section aims to stimulate academic dialogue and broaden professional horizons.

  • Peer Review: All submissions undergo a rigorous screening and evaluation by the Editorial Board or specialized peer reviewers (at least 2 reviewers per manuscript) to ensure academic relevance, clarity, and appropriateness.

  • Review Process: Conducted via a Double-Blind Peer Review system, where both the reviewers' and authors' identities are kept anonymous to maintain impartiality and transparency.

  • Open Access: Published under an open-access policy. Full-text articles are freely accessible and downloadable for academic referencing and knowledge sharing.

Research articles

  • Scope: Welcomes original research articles that present rigorous empirical findings, systemic developments, or practical evaluations within the fields of management innovation and educational development. Submissions must demonstrate methodological soundness and contribute fresh, actionable knowledge to school administration and organizational development.

  • Peer Review: Every manuscript is subjected to an objective evaluation by at least 3 expert peer reviewers in the relevant field to ensure high scientific quality, depth, and scholarly rigor.

  • Review Process: Conducted through a strict Double-Blind Peer Review system, ensuring complete anonymity for both the authors and reviewers to maintain the highest level of transparency and integrity.

  • Open Access: All published research articles are made permanently available under an open-access policy, allowing readers, educators, and researchers worldwide to view and download full-text articles free of charge.

Privacy Statement

Author's Responsibilities:

  1. Authors must certify that the submitted article is original, not previously published elsewhere, not under consideration by any other journal, and does not duplicate or infringe on the copyright of other authors' work.

  2. Articles with multiple authors must obtain the consent of all co-authors.

  3. Authors must carefully review the author guidelines and write the article according to the journal's specified format.

  4. If the work of others is used in the submitted article, the author must provide in-text citations and a reference list according to the journal's format.

  5. If the author is a student, the submitted article must include the name of their advisor as one of the co-authors.

  6. All content appearing in the submitted article is the sole responsibility of the author. The author accepts sole responsibility for any copyright infringement.

Editor's Responsibilities:

  1. Editors must assess the quality of the article before the evaluation process, without bias in any aspect.

  2. Editors must not consider any personal interests that may arise or be gained. From the acceptance of an article into the journal's review process.

  3. Throughout the article review process, the editor must maintain confidentiality of the review information and not disclose it to unrelated individuals, which could lead to damage to the author and the journal.

  4. If plagiarism is detected during the review process, the editor must immediately stop the review process and contact the original author for written clarification. This information will then be used by the editor in deciding whether to accept or reject the article for publication.

Duties of Reviewers

  1. Throughout the article review process, reviewers must maintain confidentiality of the review information and not disclose it to unrelated individuals, which could lead to damage to the author and the journal.

  2. If a reviewer receives an article in which they may have a direct or indirect interest, they must immediately inform the editor.

  3. Reviewers should review articles within the timeframe specified by the journal.

  4. Reviewers should review articles with their knowledge and expertise to ensure that the reviewed article is of academic quality, and that the author can use the feedback received to revise the article for completeness and contribute to useful knowledge. Reviewers should review articles in their area of ​​expertise.
  5. Articles will be evaluated in terms of academic quality, and personal opinions, likes, or dislikes will not be used in judging the article.

  6. If a reviewer finds that any part of an article may be duplicated in the work of another person, the reviewer must notify the editor immediately.
