THE PRIORITY NEEDS AND GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOP THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATION UNDER UTHAITHANI PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) Study the  needs for developing learning management in small schools under the Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1  2) study  ways  to developing learning management in small schools under the UthaiThani PrimaryEducational Service Area 1.The research sample includes 132 teachers, selected according to Krejcie and Morgan's table, with 3 experts Including the District Office Director, Educational Supervisor, School Director chosen through purposive sampling. The research tools include a questionnaire. Data are analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and the modified need index (PNImodified). Analyzing interview data using content analysis. The  research  results  were   1)   The  results  of  the  study  on  the need for the development of learning management in small schools under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area, Uthai Thani District 1, are overall rated at 0.184. When broken down by category, the area with the highest demand index is the implementation of learning activities. 2) Guidelines for the Development of Teaching Management for Teachers in Small Schools under the Uthai Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 1, The educational area office has promoted and assigned teachers in its jurisdiction to implement teaching and learning management with a focus on the students. This must also be in accordance with the context of the educational institution. School administrators should encourage teachers to focus on the teaching and learning process, while also recognizing the importance of students, acknowledging each individual's strengths and areas for development. They should provide guidance on teaching strategies, aiming to highlight the importance of critical thinking skills in order to achieve better outcomes for the students. This will help them reach their goals and use assessment results to develop and improve the learning management process to be more effective and efficient.
