School administration in the Digital Era is a challenge for educational administration amidst the change and dynamism of the present world that cannot be stopped. Administrators must adapt to the trend of change. This article presents the importance of school administration in the digital era, the role and trait of administrators, technology for school management, and the administrators’ skill. The main principle to develop the school's management system and improve the quality of students is to promote and support teachers and educational personnel to have access to technology information, learning media, and school’s services. Preparing students to be ready to enter the workforce or next level of education is an important step for supporting and improving a country’s economic and social development system.
