ACHIEVEMENT OF THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL TO DEVELOP GIFTED STUDENTS IN SECONDARY EDUCATION THROUGH THE STANDARDS OF PRINCESS CHULABHORN SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL

The purposes of the study were to 1) evaluate the achievement of the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education through the standards of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School, and 2) extend the achievement of the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education through the standards of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School in 2 phases. The 1st phase, the evaluation of the achievement of the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education, had the content scope of the Ordinary National Education Test (O-NET) score in 4 subjects: Thai, English, Mathematics, and Science. The experimental school was Princess Chulabhorn Science High School Pathum Thani. The variables were the student quality including the learning achievements, the Ordinary National Education Test (O-NET) score, the innovation of students, the satisfaction of the achievement of the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education. The 2nd phase, the extension of the achievement of the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education in 11 places of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School.
The findings were the 1st phase: the achievement of the achievement of the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education through the standards of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School: 94.79% of the matthayomsuksa-3 students of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School Pathum Thani had the grade point average of 3.50 and up which was higher than the criteria, stipulated by the resolution of the cabinet, that 80% of students have the grade point average of 3.50 and up, the percentage of the average score on the Ordinary National Education Test of school was higher than the national one in all subjects, the international awards for innovative inventions by students were Color Change Sticker, Color Blindness Assessment Applications for Children Ages 3-7 years in Android, and Automatic Medical Masks Dispenser, and the overall satisfaction of the school administrators and teachers towards the the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education. And the 2nd phase: the extension of the achievement of the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education through the standards of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School: 91.29% of matthayomsuksa-3 students in academic year 2021 in all Princess Chulabhorn Science High School had the grade point average of 3.50 and up, which was 11.29% higher than the criteria, stipulated by the resolution of the cabinet, that 80% of students have the grade point average of 3.50 and up, the average scores of the Ordinary National Education Test of matthayomsuksa-3 students in Thai, English, Mathematics, and Science in all schools were higher than the national average scores, all Princess Chulabhorn Science High School had innovative inventions to be nationally and internationally awarded which led to the granting of petty patents and patents, and the learning management model to develop gifted students in secondary education through the standards of Princess Chulabhorn Science High School had the appropriateness, usefulness and possibility.
