ในขั้นตอนการส่งบทความ ผู้แต่งต้องตรวจสอบและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดรายการตรวจสอบการส่งทุกข้อ ดังต่อไปนี้ และบทความอาจถูกส่งคืนให้กับผู้แต่งกรณีที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทั้งหมด

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor). บทความนี้ยังไม่เคยตีพิมพ์หรืออยู่ในระหว่างการพิจารณาเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารอื่น (หรือหากมีกรุณาอธิบายในข้อความส่งถึงบรรณาธิการ)
• The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format. บทความเตรียมในรูปแบบของไฟล์ Microsoft Word เท่านั้น
  
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided. มีการเขียนที่อยู่ URLs สำหรับเอกสารที่อ้างอิงจากอินเทอร์เน็ต
  
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 16-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. บทความพิมพ์แบบใช้ระยะห่างบรรทัดปกติ (single-spaced) ขนาดฟ้อนท์ตัวอักษร 16pt(ในภาษาไทย) และ 1 pt(ในภาษาอังกฤษ) ใช้ตัวเอนแทนการขีดเส้นใต้สำหรับสังกัดผู้นิพนธ์ (ยกเว้น ที่อยู่ URL) และ ระบุข้อมูล รูปวาด รูปภาพ และตาราง ในตำแหน่งในบทความ ตามข้อกำหนดของวารสาร
