OPERATIONAL MODEL OF PRODUCTION SAVINGS GROUPS: A CASE STUDY OF BAN CHATPATTANA CHATTHAI, UM MAO SUBDISTRICT, THAT PHANOM DISTRICT, NAKHON PHANOM PROVINCE

This research aims to: 1. Study the operational model of the Ban Chat Pattana Chat Thai Production Savings Group, Uam Mao Subdistrict, That Phanom District; and 2. Study suggestions for improving the operational model of the Ban Chat Pattana Chat Thai Production Savings Group, Uam Mao Subdistrict, That Phanom District. This is a quantitative research using questionnaires to collect data from 30 members and managers of the Ban Chat Pattana Chat Thai Production Savings Group. Descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, and standard deviations, were used to analyze the data. The results showed that: 1. The Ban Chat Pattana Chat Thai Production Savings Group, Uam Mao Subdistrict, That Phanom District, generally had the highest level of positive opinion regarding its operational model. When considering each aspect individually, the aspect with the highest average score was work control, followed by coordination, then direction, planning, and the aspect with the lowest average score was organizational management. 2. Suggestions for improving the operational model of the Savings Group for Production, Ban Chat Phatthana Chat Thai, Uam Mao Subdistrict, That Phanom District, indicated that the suggestions focused on improving the efficiency of the savings group's operations by emphasizing thorough planning, clear organizational structure, direction that considers morale, good coordination, and systematic monitoring and evaluation to ensure transparency and achieve shared goals.
