THE EDUCATION MANAGEMENT QUALITY DEVELOPMENT MODEL IN PROACTIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT (ACTIVE LEARNING) BAN NONG TALAY SCHOOL

The tools used in the research were 1) content analysis, 2) questionnaire, 3) model assessment, 4) pre- and post-use assessment, 5) satisfaction assessment. Data were analyzed using content analysis, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results showed that: 1) The results of the study on the form and elements of education quality development consist of 5 stages: Step 1: Raising awareness and development options; Step 2: Brainstorm ideas and participate in development plans, Step 3: Put into practice for development, Step 4: Participate in learning exchange and evaluation. Step 5: Finalization and expansion of the network 2) The results of the study of the operating conditions and desired conditions found that the overall operating conditions were at a moderate level and the overall desired conditions were at a high level. 3) The results of the creation and development of the education quality development model are appropriate, feasible and useful, and the overall evaluation results are at the highest level. 4) Study the results of using the model for developing the quality of education management. Overall, it is at the highest level.
The findings from the research show that the educational institutions have the quality of education management. There is a quality development model that teachers can understand and apply to improve learning for students effectively.
