Aims and Scope

Advances in Organization, People and Innovation (AOPI) is a multidisciplinary academic journal that aims to advance knowledge and understanding of organizations, people, and innovation in contemporary and changing work environments.

The journal welcomes rigorous theoretical, empirical, and applied research that examines the interconnections among organizational systems, human capabilities, workforce dynamics, and innovative processes.

The journal covers, but is not limited to, the following areas:
