The Manuscript is suitable for publication in the IJHROD Journal cover such areas as human resource development, human resource management, organization development, leadership, management, and innovation. Additionally, the IJHROD Journal aims for networking both domestic and global scholars and professionals in human resource and organization development. The submitted manuscript would be reviewed by the editor before facilitating double blinded review process and the decision of editorial team is finalized. The editors welcome manuscripts, including research articles, academic articles and book reviews.
