Following the additional criteria for the evaluation of new journals seeking inclusion in the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI) database, updated by the TCI Centre on 20 November 2025 (B.E. 2568), journals are required to have clear Aims & Scope that are not substantially similar to those of other journals from the same institution already indexed in the TCI database.

To comply with these criteria and to establish a clearer academic identity, the Editorial Board has reviewed and revised the journal’s title and Aims & Scope as follows:

Former title:

International Journal of Human Resource and Organization Development (IJHROD)

New title:

Advances in Organization, People and Innovation (AOPI)

Under its new title, the journal focuses on advancing knowledge at the intersection of Organization, People, and Innovation in contemporary and changing work environments.
