As an important historical text of the ethnic work in New China, the Dayaoshan Solidarity Convention embodies the contemporary spirit of "ethnic unity, equality and mutual assistance, democratic consultation, and harmonious coexistence". Based on the decoding of cultural genes, this paper constructs a cultural and creative product design strategy framework of "symbol translation-narrative construction-experience innovation-value extension". The study found that the strategy of integrating local cultural memory, digital technology empowerment and multi-scenario application can effectively activate the contemporary communication power of the convention spirit and provide a methodological reference for the development of ethnic cultural cultural creation.
