Abstract

Learning evaluation is a process that helps teachers obtain information for learning management planning, improve learners' learning and teachers' learning management. The use of assessment results is relevant in relation to teaching and learning. Teaching involves encouraging learners to learn new things. Therefore, the instructors must have a teaching presentation, explain and evaluate whether the learners have achieved the desired goal or not. In the evaluation, whether it is an assessment before conducting a learning activity, assessment in progress of knowledge activity, including assessment at the end of learning management; teachers must use the results of the assessment to their advantage in a cost-effective manner. Learning assessment results help teacher get information about their learning on how their knowledge, skills, or desirable attributes are, in order to help them properly. Teachers can also use the assessment results for communication purposes. The results of the study can also be reported to those involved. The information from the assessment results will be useful for learners to improve their learning. Teachers can use the assessment results to improve learning management, research to plan learning management, judge learning outcomes, and report to those involved in learners. These are important goals in utilizing the assessment results
