- Avoid conflicts of interest.
- Take necessary action in cases of suspected misconduct, including plagiarism and data falsification.
- Provide objective and constructive feedback in a timely manner.
- Respect the confidentiality of manuscripts.
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Avoid using any unpublished material for personal advantage.
- Ensure the manuscript is original and has not been submitted elsewhere.
- Appropriately cite all sources and avoid plagiarism.
- Identify all co-authors who contributed significantly.
- Disclose any conflicts of interest and sources of financial support.
- Obtain appropriate ethical approvals for any research involving humans, animals, or cultural subjects.
Asian Arts and Society Journal does not tolerate plagiarism in any form. All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected or retracted.
If unethical behavior or misconduct is identified at any point before or after publication, the editorial team will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include retraction, publication of a correction, or banning the author from future submissions.
Asian Arts and Society Journal will retract published articles if significant errors, misconduct, or ethical violations are confirmed. A notice of retraction will be published explaining the reason.
Asian Arts and Society Journal follows the ethical guidelines recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
