IMED Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research and academic works in the fields of innovation in management, educational administration, and educational development. The journal aims to promote academic excellence, innovation, and research-based practices that contribute to sustainable development in educational institutions and organizations at both national and international levels.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer review process conducted by qualified reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript’s content. The review process ensures academic rigor, originality, and relevance in accordance with journal standards.
Submission Guidelines-
Manuscripts must be original and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Plagiarism PolicyAll manuscripts submitted to IMED Journal will be screened for plagiarism using appropriate plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or unethical citation practices will be rejected.
Open Access PolicyIMED Journal is an open-access journal, providing free and immediate access to all published articles. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, and use published articles for academic and non-commercial purposes, with proper citation of the original work.
PublicationAccepted manuscripts will be published in the Innovation in Management and Educational Development Journal (IMED Journal) and made available online via the journal’s official website and ThaiJO system.
