💬 The Innovation in Management and Educational Development Journal (IMED Journal) serves as a platform for the dissemination of academic works, research, and scholarly inquiries. It functions as a medium for knowledge exchange and the advancement of academic development, showcasing the research and experimental findings of faculty, scholars, alumni, and current students from both internal and external institutions. The journal focuses on educational administration innovation, educational development, and related fields. Furthermore, it facilitates academic collaboration between the Department of Educational and Higher Education Administration, alumni, and the general public, while promoting excellence in educational administration and related disciplines through the publication of both academic and research articles.
💬 The Journal is a peer-reviewed journal which follows the guidelines laid down by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) regarding all aspects of publication ethics and, in particular, how to handle cases of research and publication misconduct. This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article including the Editor-in-Chief, the Editorial Board, the peer reviewers, and the authors. The prevention of publication malpractice is one of the most important responsibilities of the Editorial Board. Any kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable and the Journal does not tolerate plagiarism in any form.

📅 The journal accepts submissions from both internal and external authors. We publish three issues annually according to the following schedule:
⌛ Issue 1: January – April
⌛ Issue 2: May – August
⌛ Issue 3: September – December
Submission Fee/Publication Fee
🆓 No Article Processing Charges (APCs). This journal does not charge article processing fees.
Editorial review and processing
All manuscripts submitted to the Innovation in Management and Educational Development Journal (IMED Journal) undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Board. Submissions that meet the journal's standards are then subjected to a Double-blind Peer Review process by at least three external experts in the relevant field. To ensure academic integrity, reviewers are selected from diverse institutions and must have no conflict of interest with the authors.
Review and Publication Workflow
1. Initial Screening & Plagiarism Check: Preliminary evaluation by the editorial team and verification of originality via plagiarism detection software.
2. Payment of Fees: Authors are responsible for the article processing charge (APC).
3. Peer Review (Double-blind): Each manuscript is rigorously evaluated by at least three subject-matter experts. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout this process.
4. Final Editorial Review: Following peer review, the Editorial Board conducts a final assessment to ensure academic accuracy and alignment with journal standards.
5. Formal Acceptance: A formal Letter of Acceptance is issued once the Editorial Board has reached a final favorable decision.

⭕ The date of payment is officially recorded as the Date of Receipt.
⭕ The duration of the review process is subject to change if revisions are delayed or if multiple rounds of editing are required.
⭕ The journal utilizes the ThaiJo system for all communications. Authors are requested to monitor their submission status exclusively through the ThaiJo platform.
