STUDENT CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT FOR CREATE INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY WORK WITH INDUSTRIAL EDUCATION LEARNING MANAGEMENT

With the awareness of the teaching and learning in industrial education has a significant impact on society and the country in the future, the faculty of education have to provide a curriculum and aim to develop human resources to response the needs of the country. To achieve this aims of the curriculum, the teaching and learning management focuses on diversifying in the main concepts, knowledge, skills and integration, through the management system of educational institutions and enterprises in learning and experience management. As a result of this action, learners who are developed in a high level of competency, capable to develop the innovation and creativity work, to become powerful professional industrial education teachers in the future of the country.
