Abstract

This academic consists purposes to study the relationship between management techniques and management functions is critical to the success of an organization. Strategic management principles and planning are important techniques that help determine the direction and objectives of an organization. Meanwhile, Administrative duties play a role in leading teams, managing resources, and controlling work processes so that technical management can be fully implemented. A powerful relationship between the two sets the direction of the organization, gives it the flexibility to respond to change, and supports strategy toward successful and sustainable results over the long term. Thus, the purpose of this article is to study the relationship between management techniques and administrative duties. The results found that 1) Various management techniques Related to organizational success include strategic management, total quality management (TQM), lean management, project management and Change Management 2) Administrative Functions were; Planning, Organizing, Command, Co-ordinating, and controls 3) The role of administrative functions in supporting and facilitating management techniques were Operations management techniques, Coordination resources, Tracking and Control, Communication and Leadership, and Flexibility and adaptability.
