This research consists purposes were to study the career development guidelines of Ban Kham Nam Sang community Kho Nuea Sub-district Mueang District Yasothon Province. is a qualitative research The research instrument is an interview form the target group of the research is 20 people who were selected by purposive selection The information gathered from interview forms and related documents were then content analysis. The research results found that the career development guidelines of Ban Kham Nam Sang community Kho Nuea sub-district Mueang district Yasothon province consist of 1) Vocational skill development training that is in line with the potential of the community which is a process that focuses on developing vocational skills that are appropriate for the resources and capabilities available in Ban Kham Nam Sang community Kho Nuea sub-district Mueang district Yasothon province 2) Organic agricultural product development is the development of organic agricultural products in Ban Kham Nam Sang community Kho Nuea sub-district Mueang district Yasothon province This is an approach that focuses on the efficient use of local resources to promote sustainability in both the economy and the environment and 3) Thai dessert product development is the development of Thai dessert products in Ban Kham Nam Sang community This is another important approach to promote the use of local ingredients in the production of unique and delicious Thai desserts which can create added value for the community. The production of Thai desserts in the community can use local ingredients such as sticky rice, coconut, palm sugar, or various local fruits, which help reduce production costs and support agriculture in the area. The development of Thai dessert products also emphasizes developing quality and processing to be diverse to meet the needs of different markets, such as making Thai desserts suitable for export or developing Thai dessert products to be sold at various festivals.
