Abstract

       This article focuses on analyzing the crucial role of leadership in developing sustainable organizations for long-term growth. Sustainable development in organizations encompasses economic, social, and environmental dimensions. Visionary leaders are able to effectively establish strategies that emphasize sustainability. The role of leaders in driving sustainability includes setting long-term goals, acting as role models, fostering a corporate culture that supports sustainable development, managing change, and promoting innovation for sustainability. Additionally, leaders play a key role in building collaborations with external stakeholders to support long-term sustainable development.

       Recommendations for leaders to ensure sustainable growth for their organizations include establishing a clear vision, promoting a corporate culture of sustainability, supporting sustainability-focused innovations, and forming partnerships with stakeholders. These recommendations will help organizations respond to new challenges and opportunities in developing sustainable organizations in the future.
