This article examines Human Resource Management (HRM) in the context of the digital era and the rapid changes in economics, society, and technology. Key topics discussed include the labor market's adaptation after the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the rise of remote working and the growing trend of flexible employment (Gig Economy), as well as the development of organizational cultures that emphasize diversity and inclusion. The use of technology in recruitment (e-Recruitment) and employee development through online platforms plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational efficiency. Additionally, the article addresses motivating employees through flexible compensation, work-life balance, and supporting mental health.
Leaders in the digital era must focus on developing new skills and communicating effectively in rapidly changing environments. Leadership development, particularly through succession planning, is also essential. Furthermore, the use of HR Analytics for data analysis aids in making more accurate and rational decisions, as well as in developing organizational policies and processes. This article concludes that modern organizations need to adapt to the ongoing technological and societal changes by leveraging data and analytics to support decision-making, while simultaneously fostering strong and sustainable organizational cultures. This approach is vital for preparing organizations to meet future challenges.
