Electronic Document System Users’ Problem-solving Guideline of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University

Abstract

This article is part of the research study with the following objectives; 1) To compare the use of electronic document system categorized by personal factors and behaviors, and 2) To compare the problems in using electronic document system categorized by personal factors and behaviors. The sample group used in the research consists of 136 personnel from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, including academic personnel (lecturers) and support staff. The researchers collected data using a questionnaire to gather opinions on the usage behavior of electronic document systems (e-Document) and studied factors related to system usage in job performance and problems encountered in using electronic document systems (e-Document).

The research findings are as follows: 1) The use of the electronic document system (e-Document) among personnel of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, categorized by gender, age, marital status, education level, workplace, role in usage, frequency of usage, time spent on usage, and purpose of usage, it was found that there were no significant differences at a statistical significance level of .01. 2) The problems encountered in using the electronic document system (e-Document) among personnel of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, categorized by gender, age, marital status, education level, workplace, frequency of usage, and purpose of usage, it was found that there were no significant differences.
