Development of Educational Welfare Management of Sangha Administrators in Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province

Abstract

To present the guidelines for promoting the development of educational welfare management in Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province. The research methodology is a mixed-methods research between quantitative research with a reliability value of 0.834 with a sample group of 143 monks. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient. Qualitative research collected data from 9 key informants or people using the descriptive content analysis technique. Summarized as an essay

       The research results found that 1. The overall level of educational welfare management in Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province was found to be at a high level (\bar{x}=4.32, S.D.=0.22) 2. The relationship between the promotion and support of educational welfare and the development of educational welfare management in Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province, overall, was positively related at a moderate level (r=0.751**). 3. Guidelines for promoting the development of educational welfare management in Ongkharak District, Nakhon Nayok Province 1) Educational management as a school according to the national education plan, with cooperation from all sectors. 2) Providing assistance for children and the public to receive education in public or private educational institutions according to the national education plan, the state should support educational expenses and reduce the burden on parents. 3) Teaching morality to students in the school system according to the national education plan, creating awareness, instilling morality, creating good citizens. 4) Providing assistance and support for education, educational institutions or educational personnel should develop curricula, personnel, and research to improve the quality of education.
