Ecological Influences and Work Motivation of Teachers and Educational Personnel in the Sukhothai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of ecological influence, 2) to study the level of motivation in work performance, and 3) to study the level of relationship between ecological influence and work performance motivation. The sample group in this study consisted of 385 educational personnel. The tool used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted by calculating the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows 1) Overall, the ecological influence was found to be at a high level. Considering each aspect separately, the highest level was in autonomy, followed by support, change, and structure, respectively 2)Overall, the motivation in work performance was found to be at a high level. Considering each item separately, the highest level was in the nature of work, followed by job responsibility, and job advancement, respectively 3)The relationship between ecological influence and work performance motivation, overall, showed a positive correlation at a moderate level, which was statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
