Transformational Leadership and Online Teaching in the New Normal Era of Educational Personnel Under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This research aimed to 1. to examine the level of transformational leadership among educational personnel under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2. to investigate the level of online teaching and learning management in the new normal era; and 3. to study the relationship between transformational leadership and online teaching and learning management in the new normal era. The sample consisted of 385 participants, including administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, in the academic year 2024, determined by Yamane’s formula. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .911, calculated using Cronbach’s alpha. Data were analyzed using statistical methods including mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.

The research findings revealed that: 1. transformational leadership was rated at the highest level, particularly in the dimension of individualized consideration; 2. online teaching and learning management was also rated at the highest level, with media and technology receiving the highest scores; and 3. transformational leadership showed a moderate positive correlation with online teaching and learning management, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
