Administrative Organizational Culture and the Success of Educational Institution Administration among Educational Personnel under Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The objectives of this research were to: 1. to examine the level of administrative organizational culture, 2. to assess the level of success in educational institution administration, and 3. to explore the relationship between administrative organizational culture and the success of educational institution administration. The sample group consisted of 385 educational personnel. A questionnaire was employed as the research instrument for data collection. Data analysis was conducted using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The research findings indicated that: 1. the overall administrative organizational culture was at a high level. Considering each dimension, integrity ranked first, followed by personnel diversity, benevolence, and the sense of belonging to the institution, respectively; 2. the overall success in educational institution administration was also at a high level. When classified by aspect, school administrators ranked first, followed by parents and community, the institution, and teachers, respectively; 3. administrative organizational culture was found to have a moderate positive correlation with the success of educational institution administration, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
